General Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the coworking space provided by Ágora Colab to individuals and companies ("Members"). By accessing and utilizing the coworking space, Members agree to comply with these terms. 1. Membership and Access 2. 1.1. Membership is granted on a month-to-month basis, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. 3. 1.2. Members are granted access to the coworking space during designated operating hours. Access outside of these hours may require prior arrangement. 4. 1.3. Provider reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion, without providing a reason. 5. 1.4. Members must present valid identification and adhere to any security measures implemented by Provider.
 6. Use of Facilities 7. 2.1. Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the designated coworking space and its facilities for the intended purpose of working or conducting business. 8. 2.2. Members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the coworking space, including their personal work areas. 9. 2.3. Members must not engage in any activities that may disturb or inconvenience other Members or violate local laws or regulations. 10. 2.4. The use of equipment and amenities provided by Provider is subject to availability and fair usage. Members must not engage in excessive or disruptive use.
 11. Payment and Billing 12. 3.1. Members are responsible for paying the membership fees as agreed upon or specified by Provider. Payment must be made in a timely manner, as outlined in the billing terms. 13. 3.2. Failure to pay membership fees within the specified period may result in the suspension or termination of membership. 14. 3.3. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Provider.
 15. Personal Belongings and Liability 16. 4.1. Members are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables brought into the coworking space. Provider is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to these items. 17. 4.2. Members are liable for any damage caused to the coworking space or its facilities due to their negligence or intentional misconduct. 18. 4.3. Provider is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that occur within the coworking space, unless caused by the direct negligence of Provider.
 19. Confidentiality and Data Security 20. 5.1. Members must respect the confidentiality of other Members and not disclose or misuse any confidential information shared within the coworking space. 21. 5.2. Members are responsible for ensuring the security of their data and computer systems. Provider is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to Member's data or systems.
 22. Termination 23. 6.1. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice within the specified period as per the agreement. No refunds will be provided for partial months. 24. 6.2. Provider reserves the right to terminate a Member's membership for violations of these terms, non-payment of fees, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Provider. 25. 6.3. Upon termination, Members must vacate the coworking space and remove all personal belongings within the specified period.
 26. Amendments and Updates 27. 7.1. Provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to Members in writing or through electronic means. 28. 7.2. Continued use of the coworking space after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
